FAQS

IF you have any questions about

Mobile Pet Vaccine

or any of the services we offer, please consult our list of frequently asked questions below.

  • 1) What animals do you provide care to?

At this time, we only have the capacity to provide healthcare to cats and dogs.

  • 2) What are the benefits of at-home pet healthcare?

The predominant advantage of choosing a mobile vet to provide healthcare to your furry friend is that there is no need to stress them out by travelling to a vet clinic. For your pet, this experience can be very nerve-wracking, as the environment is unknown to them.

Completing a consult, vaccination, microchip, or euthanisation at home ensures that your pet is comfortable and relaxed, which optimises the outcome of any healthcare service provided.

  • 3) What takes place during the euthanasia appointment?

The appointment will begin with a quick discussion wherein our vet will outline to you the process of euthanasia. Following this, your vet will administer a sedative to ensure your beloved furry companion is in no pain prior to the euthanasia injection. Once your pet is relaxed and comfortable, your vet will administer the euthanasia.

Our team understand the special bond between owner and pet, and for this reason, throughout the whole experience, we will treat them with love and care as we would with our own. Our team know just how difficult this time is for you and your family, which is why, if you have any questions during this process, please don’t hesitate to ask them.

  • 4) What happens after the euthanasia appointment?

It is up to you whether you want to cremate your pet or bury them yourself. If you choose to cremate the body, we can arrange cremation with our wonderful friends at Pet Cremations. Otherwise, we can recommend to you several crematoriums that will be content to assist you during this time.

  • 5) How can I get in contact with you?

To arrange an appointment for vaccination or microchipping, please feel free to get in touch with us either through phone, email, or the contact form on the website. Conversely, if you are in need of emergency care for your pet, please contact us at the phone number provided.
